Return & Refund Policy

At AKTrendz, we aim to deliver products in good condition and as described. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Refund Eligibility

  • We do not provide refunds or returns for reasons such as:

    • Change of mind

    • Wrong size ordered by customer

    • Color expectation differences

    • Minor stitching/thread variations

    • Delivery delays caused by courier services

Damaged Product Policy

  • Refunds or replacements are provided only if the product is fully damaged during delivery.

  • To claim a damaged product:

    1. Customer must record a full unboxing video from opening the sealed package.

    2. The damage must be clearly visible in the video.

    3. Complaint must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Important Conditions

  • Partial videos, edited videos, or photos alone may not be accepted as proof.

  • Products used, washed, or altered are not eligible for replacement or refund.

  • If the claim is approved, we may provide:

    • Replacement product, or

    • Store credit, or

    • Refund to original payment method (based on availability)
