Damaged Product Policy

Refunds or replacements are provided only if the product is fully damaged during delivery.

To claim a damaged product:

Customer must record a full unboxing video from opening the sealed package.

The damage must be clearly visible in the video.

Complaint must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Important Conditions

Partial videos, edited videos, or photos alone may not be accepted as proof.

Products used, washed, or altered are not eligible for replacement or refund.
